There’s a private heated pool (can be heated with additional fee) with sun beds and an outdoor shower, and two naturally shaded terraces, one with a bbq (gas) and loungers overlooking the sea. The indoor living, invites endless relaxation, with ample spaces and a separate lounge and dining area, marble bathrooms with showers, and soothing bedrooms looking out to the land & sea.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.60m depth, can be heated with additional fee), embellished with lounge areas and sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders featuring direct acesss to the outdoor dining area. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms and two bathrooms at the 1st floor and one bedroom and bathroom at the ground floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in real beds.
