Eri Traditional House

Originally built in the 18th century, Eri Traditional House is offering a combination of privacy, tradition, and nature, the house is an ideal escape for true Greek countryside experience.

Nestled in the serene village of Lagadakia, Eri Traditional House offers a timeless retreat that beautifully marries history with nature. Originally built in the 18th century, this charming home has been lovingly restored twice, with the most recent renovation completed in 2000. Every effort has been made to preserve its historical character while blending it harmoniously with the surrounding olive groves and tranquil countryside.
The house spans two storeys, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bedroom furnished with two single beds.
Upstairs, accessible only by stairs, are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other featuring a bunk-bed—ideal for families or groups. A bathroom serves this level, and the balconies offer stunning panoramic views of the island, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Zakynthos.
Eri Traditional House is more than just a place to stay; it's an invitation to experience the authentic Greek countryside. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or a base to explore the island, this home provides the perfect blend of privacy, tradition, and nature.

For reservations longer than five nights, we’re happy to offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service to help keep your space fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
There is also an environmental fee of 15€/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
We ask 200€ as a damage deposit,which we collect in cash upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!



The Rooms
Eri Traditional House offers three welcoming bedrooms that comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with twosingle beds—perfect for kids or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms are accessible via an internal staircase and enjoy panoramic views of the island. One of these upstairs rooms features a double bed, ideal for couples, while the other includes a bunk bed that can sleep up to two people. The thoughtful layout and mix of sleeping options make this home a relaxing and versatile retreat for your stay in Zakynthos.
