On the outskirts of Zakynthos town, Marayas is a modern, brand-new residence on the top floor of its apartment complex. It is located on the 3rd floor of its building, which provides an elevator to the 2nd floor and continues with stairs to the 3rd. It includes large windows that let in lots of light and provide spectacular views of the city.

The apartment features an ergonomic, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a modern and comfortable sitting area with large screen TV, central air conditioning, and a magnificent terrace from which you can enjoy the beauty of Zakynthos town at any time of the day. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace.

Its convenient position puts it within walking distance of stores, restaurants, squares, and the city's port. The lovely patio offers a hammock, a sofa, and a dining area where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding area at any time of day.
