Average experience, this is clearly a newly open residence and only one floor is in service while the owner is still renovating the second floor. Maybe a lot for one person to handle , but professionalism could improve, cleanliness was ok but not perfect and while some things are newly renovated, this is an older building. Owner is helpful though and this may all improve in time . For now it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but there is limited options on Aka island anyways.

一階にあるシャワールームトイレはどちらも清潔。洗面台は一つが流れが悪く、もう一つは清掃用につながっていたので良好に利用できたのは3台のうち1台。無料の洗濯機が2台、洗剤あり、いつでも使え、干す場所にはハンガーが豊富◎。 共用スペースの目の前が部屋のため、話し声が夜と早朝が気になったが仕方ないと思う。隣にはキッチンカーがあったがあいにく休みだったため少し不便さを感じた。 ゲストハウスとしては合格点だと思う。オーナーもいろいろ細かい点に気を配って設備を整えているので、また利用したい。

All perfect, cozy guesthouse just few steps away from Aka port, bycicle rental and groceries store. Shared showers and bathrooms would need more cleaning.
