The apartment has sea views, a separate bedroom, and of course a living room with large kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons max.
Apartment is modern and very clean.
The house is located about 50 meters from the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the Kennemer dunes. Zeehuis Zandvoort is the perfect base to enjoy the sun, the sea and the beach. The apartment on the second floor, is comfortable and fully equipped and offers a magnificent view of the North Sea.
About 100 meters from the train station with half an hour's departure to Haarlem and / or Amsterdam. A big supermarket is just around the corner 150m from the apartment.
Car parking: On our fixed parking against payment of € 10 once or in the street with our parking card against payment of € 10 once, 600m away is free parking when there is space (v Lennepweg)
A car, you do not really need in Zandvoort, everything is within walking distance.

An exceptionally clean top floor apartment managed by a very accommodating host. It has great views out to sea and parking is available close by for a reasonable daily fee. The apartment is very well furnished with good quality equipment, good seating, smart tv and very nice bathroom with large shower. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed, but access is a little awkward to one side due to the sloping roof. The town is pleasant (albeit 1980s architecture) with a large number of beach restaurants/bars and the apartment is only 5 minutes from the station which has regular 30 minute connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam, it is also only 30 minutes from the Keukenhof tulip gardens by car. We would recommend it for a relaxing place to stay

Host was exceptional & readily available. Made us feel welcome! Location ideal with walking distance to beach, lovely neighborhood, extensive resturants, groceries as well as nearby transit for quick trips to Haarlem, Amsterdam & airport. Bike rentals across the street with access to multiple dedicated trails. Would consider returning to the area & secure same accommodations!! Highly Recommend! Guest rooms hv private entrance & stairs.

Convenient apartment by the sea and a short train ride into Amsterdam

This property was much better value than apartments at similar price in Amsterdam, yet is only 30 minutes into the city centre on the train. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, and there is as supermarket nearby. Nice sea view out of the window too. Arrangements were all very straightforward for check in/out. Would definitely stay again.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar.Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten, von dort aus kommt man sehr schnell in alle größeren Städte.Zum Strand geht man keine Minute, dort sind vielfältige Restaurants und Bars.Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr sauber und toller Ausblick

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Zandvoort und hatten mit diesem Zweizimmer Appartement eine äußerst saubere Unterkunft. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und bietet sich für eine längere Reise alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es einem beim Kochen an nichts fehlt. Die 50m zum Strand sind eine realistische Angabe - aus dem Haus über die große Straße und man steht an der Strandpromenade.

Zeehuis ist echt super !

Auch wenn die Treppen zur FeWo etwas steil und schmal waren - das was uns danach erwartet hatte, war echt klasse ! Kontakt und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut erstklassig - sehr gerne wieder (dann bringen wir allerdings unser "eigenes Wetter" mit ;-). Aber Ende März kann es eben auch mal regnen - hat uns aber mit der tollrn Wohnung gar nichts ausgemacht. LG Dieter

Schönes Appartement für eine kleine Auszeit

Wir haben bei Arjen das Apartement gebucht. Aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich kann man die Nordsee sehen. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen kleinen Fernseher mit Netflix-Zugang. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Gasherd, einer Spülmaschiene, einem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Außerdem ist eine Senseomaschiene und ein Toaster vorhanden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gemütlich! Die Betten waren bezogen und im Bad lagen Handtücher bereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und Arjen ist ein aufgeschlossener und sympathischer Gastgeber. Er hat uns alles zur Wohnung erklärt und Tipps für die Freizeit gegeben. Einzig das Sofa war für zwei Personen etwas zu klein, und wenn man sich etwas lang machen möchte. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen.
