Staff was very polite it was a little more run down then it looks in pictures but it was clean, my room smelled musty but floor was wet so I thought they might of just cleaned carpet but air conditioner was really noisy but I slept well it was not a big deal

I didnt like that i requested an early arrival, was told that should be availble. Got there with my lunch about 1;30-1:4/ish to be told there would be no early arrival. Had picked up lunch on the way, then asked to sit in the breakgast area and was told absolutely not. It was clean and sanitized. Never been anywhere that this area was shut down and not availble for use other then for breakfast. Not a good start to my trip. It did get better although i had made q reservations and asked to have a room i wouldnt have to move from after the first night. I didnt have to move but my room was put into lockdown. I sent my son fro whwre they were syaying to get somethinf from my room and the key had been turned off. Big inconvenience!!

The room was damp and extremely musty smelling. The bed felt damp and our clothes smelled the next day from being in the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush.
