TrÚs bon séjour à ZARZIS et dans cet hÎtel

TrĂšs bonne Ă©quipe d'animation (chacun a son style et ils sont attachants) et un chorĂ©graphe extraordinaire car douĂ© et trĂšs gracieux. Bonne animation et bons spectacles! Ils ont tous et toutes Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathiques. Les personnels de l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait Ă©galement serviables et sympathiques (femmes de mĂ©nage, serveurs du restaurant, barmen, Ă  l'accueil). Je n'ai pas essayĂ© le spa, mais je pense que cela doit ĂȘtre Ă©galement bien! Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able (d'autant que nous n'Ă©tions qu'Ă  35 % de taux d'occupation mi AoĂ»t/dĂ©but Septembre),et plein de rires, de musique et de soirĂ©es de danse. Belle piscine et belle plage, dommage quelques rochers! Bel hĂŽtel qui vieillit un peu (dans les SdB), mais reste Ă  la hauteur de sa rĂ©putation. La restauration est correcte et trĂšs bonne lors des buffets Ă  thĂšme + goĂ»ters sympathiques. TrĂšs bon 1 er sĂ©jour et je vous le recommande vivement pour vous Ă©clater!!! Tout d’abord je tiens Ă  remercier le personnel qui font ce qu’ils peuvent avec les moyens qui leurs sont donnĂ©s. Accueillant mais le professionnalisme reste Ă  dĂ©sirer. Mon expĂ©rience c’est que je n’avais jamais Ă©tĂ© hĂ©bergĂ© dans un tel hĂŽtel 4*, je dirai que c’était un 2*. Premier abord impossible de dormir la nuit, le passage des clients plus leurs conversations vous empĂȘchent de dormir, sans oublier les Ă©bats amoureux de vos voisins de chambres, donc pas d’insonorisation. Le restaurant il y a des choses insupportables et inimaginables. Le distributeur de cafĂ© c’est du cafĂ© soluble, le jus d’orange c’est de la poudre chimique mĂ©langĂ©e Ă  de l’eau pareil pour le jus de citron, toutes les boissons Ă  base d’alcool sont coupĂ©es avec de l’eau. Etc.. et j’en passe pour le repas trĂšs pendant tout mon sĂ©jour les plats les servis c’étaient des pĂątes et du riz dans toutes leurs compositions accompagnement poulet et bƓuf et de temps en temps du poisson surgelĂ©. Pour terminer tout Ă©tait payant. Un jus d’orange 3 dinars, un double expresso 6 dinars, un whisky 12 dinars. Enfin je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hĂŽtel mĂȘme si le cadre est agrĂ©able et magnifique. Disons en gros j’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu.

1) Personnel dĂ©diĂ©, volontaire mais non formĂ©, non managĂ©. Manque d’encadrement. 2) une clientĂšle spĂ©cifique non Ă©duquĂ©e, irrespectueuse tant vis-Ă -vis du site que des Ă©quipes et autres nationalitĂ©s de clientĂšle. ExpĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse sur ce plan. Le personnel en restauration ainsi que celui au bar, ne sont pas professionnel du tout. Aucun sens de la clientĂšle de sourire pendant son service. Des files a ne plus en finir pour se servir, favorise systĂ©matiquement le client de type europĂ©en et Asie de l'est face au client de type Afrique du Nord ce qui montre clairement un dĂ©nigrement de la personne et une segregassion vers l'autre . Je n'ose pas citer l'exemple du cafĂ© berbĂšre rĂ©pĂ©tant Ă  chaque client" privĂ©" "privĂ©", comme si ce mot dĂ©finissait une sorte de pass VIP , ou d'une acceptation spĂ©cial venue d'ailleurs. Alors qu'il aurait Ă©tait plus agrĂ©able avant tout Ă©change de dire bonjour , je me permets de vous prĂ©ciser que notre cafĂ© berbĂšre est suivi d'un coĂ»t n'ont compris Ă  votre sĂ©jour. Je prĂ©cise quand mĂȘme dans cet confusion que je n'ai jamais goutĂ© de cafĂ© turc aussi bon que chez celui-ci. Hotel catastrophique

Nous avons séjourné ds cet Hotel en 2014 c était excellent mais cette fois ci tout a changé vers la médiocrité rien n'est bien à l'exception de la plage qui est toujours magnifique
