From the main living area there are 180 degrees of unobstructed views of the lake. Lake views can be admired from inside the home or on the very large covered back porch that runs the entire length of the house. The lake front porch is host to several rocking chairs, an outdoor eating area, and outdoor grill, Other outdoor features available for use are a fenced in backyard for your little furry friend, covered vehicle parking, covered boat parking, a fire pit with chairs. and a fish cleaning station. Also stored under the carport at the end of the driveway is a kayak for adult use with paddle and two adult life vests. Inside the home you have access to a fully furnished kitchen with all the major appliances, and yes this includes a dishwasher. Directly off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Wi-fi and satellite television is available in the main living area as well as in all three bedrooms. The home has central A/C , ceiling fans and heating to keep you comfortable while indoors. Another great feature included with the home is an automated backup generator. This is very handy in the unfortunate event of the lights going out.
