This spacious 228 m² villa is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for peace, comfort and a child-friendly environment. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large garden by the water, it’s the ideal place to relax together – with enough privacy for everyone.

The bright living room features large windows and sliding doors that can be fully opened to the garden, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. A large comfortable sofa faces the flat-screen TV – perfect for cosy evenings together. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy meals with up to ten people.

The open kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island and includes everything you need: a hob, combi-oven, coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses and plenty of cookware.
