Geld nicht wert

wir sind nicht kälteempfindlich aber uns war das UG im Winter mit Kachelfußboden nicht gemütlich genug; die Heizungen waren tagsüber teilweise lauwarm obwohl auf Stufe 5. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass das an starker Wärmenutzung in den Nachbarwohnungen liegen könnte... Einrichtung ok; unbedingt bei Anreise alles prüfen, nachträglich gemeldete Mängel werden nicht akzeptiert; sehr ruhige Lage
