This 10 people overnight permitted vacation house which was completely remodeled recently is provided with luxurious furniture, fully functioning kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite counter tops, and hardwood and slate floors. The bathroom floors are hydro heated which, is awesome in the winter after skiing... The ground floor of the house not only connects to the backyard but also with the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a half bathroom adjacent to the garage to make it a nice family experience. The living room is set up with 2 sets of sofas for entertainment and snuggle facing a powerful Napoleon gas fireplace. There is also a sofa sleeper near the fireplace for large family gatherings. On the second level are all the bedrooms facilities. The Jr. Master with a queen bed and a full bathroom for privacy, the second bedroom is set up with a queen bed; the 3rd bedroom comes with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top and a pullout twin under the bed set). The 4th bedroom is the master with a king bed with a private full bathroom. There is a full bathroom on the second floor in the hallway for all to share. As a family or group of friends, you can enjoy cocktails on the spacious patio or the whole backyard with the large saltwater swimming pool in the summer (n.b.: seasonal feature.) and the large hot saltwater tub year-round. The large deck is set up with gas fire pit table which makes for great times in the fresh Tahoe outdoor air year-round.
