In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Stepped path (82 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 650 m, bakery 650 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly renovated in 2014, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double fold-away bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
