FILTHY

Hotels.com had the wrong name ect with the wrong address and we booked this hotel off the reviews but the reviews were from another hotel, when we arrived at the airport there was no one there for us we had to call which was hard enough to be told get our own way or too bad, it was midnight we were tired and looked forward to a 4 star room to find a -1 star hotel, the rooms were filthy had not been cleaned in a month or more, the carpet was heavily stained everywhere, wallpaper peeling off and thick black mould all over bathroom and windows ect, no tea/coffee, no hot water, no free shuttle, no wifi, i am extremely angry right now it is the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at and this mess is no fault of ours. oh and to top this all off we thought we would see what they offered at breakfast we didnt expect much but not to find all the food was cold they didnt turn any warmers on but it all smelt bad like it was leftovers from a week ago and then we looked over at the waiter to see his hand in the noodle dish with no gloves and he was breaking up the noodles with 2 long finger nails he had, i almost vomited - oh yes smoking is allowed anywhere in this hotel even around food and in any room DO NOT STAY HERE ...HOTELS REMOVE THIS FILTHY HOTEL from your site, i will be giving the photos to hotels.com not uploading here for legal reasons.

total disappointment with Hotel.com!!!!!!!!!!

My supposedly doubled confirmed hotel reservation via.Hotel.com did not materialize even though I had made 3 different phone calls to Hotels.com to ensure it is after I called the hotel and realised that hotel didn't have my reservation. How can this happened???

Bem localizado, porém cafe da manhã ruim e sujo.

Café da manhã ruim, pelo menos para nós brasileiros, tinha apenas comida local. Restaurante muito sujo. As pessoas fumam por todos os locais do hotel.
