Due to the property's beachfront location, mobile phone reception can be limited depending on your carrier and where you are on the property. Most guests find Wi-Fi calling and internet-based messaging services work well during their stay.

Silverwaters occupies part of a larger beachfront estate. A long-term resident occupies a completely separate residence with independent access. Guests enjoy their own private accommodation, outdoor areas and beachfront access throughout their stay.
