The high-quality furnished semi-detached holiday home in a quiet location on the edge of the forest extends over two floors and has a modern and friendly design. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine of Usedom. There is also a barbecue here for you to enjoy together after a long day at the beach.



On cold days, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area. The bedrooms each have a cosy double bed. The holiday home has a total of 3 televisions as well as a soundbar, BlueRay, DVD and CD player.



There is also a socket for charging electric cars.



Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species. Enjoy long cycle tours in the countryside. Bicycle stands are available directly in front of the house.



The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural facilities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary's Church and the Baltic Sea thermal baths can be easily reached by car.



Usedom's small airport is located close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day.
