Amazing holiday home with great pool

This house has all you can wish for and we will definitely return. The house is almost brand new and everything is very new and modern. It is very tidy and the host is very nice and helpful. The house is in the absolute countryside and it is very calm and quiet, but it is only a 5 min drive to the closest supermarket and it is about 30 min drive to several different beaches. Wonderful pool with a section for smaller kids. You do not share the house and garden with someone else. Highly recommend!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, also sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist groß und auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Er hat uns Strände und Restaurants empfohlen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schön!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus, der Pool und das Grundstück waren super sauber und gepflegt wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist top! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wer hier keine Erholung findet ist selber schuld! Wir kommen wieder!

Eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus liegt ländlich in einem kleinen Dorf abseits der vollen Touristenorte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und außerdem sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und überaus gastfreundlich. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, haben wir sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Wir durften sogar seine eigens angebauten Kartoffeln und Tomaten ernten. Außerdem hat er uns auf seinen Hof eingeladen und unseren Kindern seine Tiere gezeigt. Wir Eltern durften seinen eigenen Wein verkosten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem großartigen Haus. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber innen wie außen und es fehlte uns an nichts! Das Haus liegt in schöner ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat und sich nicht erholen kann ist selber Schuld! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Luxuriöse Oase auf dem Lande

Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns neu und piccobello sauber von unserem jungen und äußerst netten Gastgeber übergeben, wir haben uns direkt willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Im Kühlschrank standen Bier und Wasser, außerdem war eine Brotzeit vorbereitet. Bad und Küche lassen keine Wünsche übrig, alles modern und auf dem neuesten Stand. Der große Pool ist einfach traumhaft, wenn auch nicht beheizt. Wer einen Urlaub mitten auf dem Lande, die Natur und die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus hat einen großen Pool & liegt am Rande einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft. Es ist modern/gemütlich eingerichtet & alles war sauber/ordentlich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet & bietet alles was man braucht (inkl. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee, Filter). Im Außenbereich gibt es einen großen Terrassen-/Gartenbereich mit Grill, Schaukel, Sonnenschirmen, Liegestühlen & mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit & seine Gastgeschenke waren wirklich super lecker! :-)

Ruhig aber zentral

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich zentral in Istrien, aber alle Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Die gastronomische Infrastruktur ist sehr gut und völlig ausreichend. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Neubau. Sehr guter Zustand der Ausstattung.

Wonderful Stay & Amazing Hosts

My partner & I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week & had a an incredibly relaxing, peaceful time! Everything looks exactly as expected from the photos, if not better, & P. was a very lovely host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available on WhatsApp if we had any questions. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, & pool is idyllic! It's not heated, but that didn't bother us. Only negative is that wi-fi is a little temperamental, but was fine to use. Great stay!

Prachtig huis in Istrie

Prachtig nieuw huis in Istrie, van alles voorzien. We hebben ontzettend veel genoten van het privé zwembad. De eigenaar is erg aardig, hij woont dichtbij en is bereid om alle vragen te beantwoorden. De communicatie verliep heel soepel. Dit huis is een echte aanrader voor een vakantie in Kroatie.
