The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a fan-assisted oven, a steam oven and a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
