The location is very quiet, with no vis-à-vis or nearby construction. The villa is 500m from the centre of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, towards Pinarello.

It is a good starting point to visit the surrounding beaches and for walks in the mountains with the guarantee of absolute calm when you return from the tourist bustle in this period of August.

Feel free to contact him for any services such as supplies, babysitting, interactive cooking classes with a chef preparing a meal at the villa, a personal trainer for a specialized fitness session, rental of towels or beach parasols. He can also offer you semi-rigid or small boats for rent with or without a skipper to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the Lavezzi Islands or Bonifacio and its cliffs.

The villa is located near Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, towards the Pinarello beaches. Restaurants and shops are less than 1 km away. The villa is set back from the departmental road by about 300m, so it is quiet. Other similar villas are built in the surrounding area, but they are far enough apart not to cause any mutual disturbance.

A vehicle is essential to reach the restaurants and shops, but also to visit the surroundings. There are several parking spaces available within the property.

The owner does not impose bookings from Saturday to Saturday, which avoids the crowds in air or sea transport during weekends. This measure is not only appreciable in Covid times, but also financially advantageous as transport rates are more attractive on weekdays than on weekends.
