This terraced house will be the dream of your holidays. Located near Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio in the hamlet of Grazzoso Supranu, you are close to village shops and surrounding restaurants. The village of Pinarello and its fine sandy beaches are less than 4 km from the accommodation.

You enter the property through an electric gate, the terraced house is occupied by a couple who live there all year round, the property is fully enclosed.

There is the possibility of parking 2 vehicles in front of the house. The terrace is partially covered and has a large table that can easily accommodate 6 people. A plancha operating on the wind enhances this space. On the second half of the terrace, you can set up 2 sun loungers that are protected by an offset parasol.

From the terrace, you directly enter the dining room facing an open kitchen barn. It is spacious and very well equipped with a 4-burner hob, a dishwasher, the coffee machine is a Senséo type. Just next to it is the air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a large TV. High-speed WiFi is available thanks to fibre.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 cm wide and the 2nd with 2 beds of 90 cm that can be joined to make a king-size bed on request. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, have large wardrobes and share a bathroom with shower, basin and towel dryer. The toilet is independent.
