• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 – please be mindful of neighbors.
• Maximum 4 guests, as listed in your booking. No additional overnight visitors without prior approval.
• Families with children are warmly welcome.
• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care; any damage should be reported as soon as possible.
• Before check-out, please switch off lights, close windows, and leave keys as instructed.
