They charge for everything, even leaving your cart in the hallways is $50.00. All front desk staff has diff policies for customers, 1 night auditor is rude. Complain about pet peeing outside yet it’s still pet friendly which they are removing soon as per management. Clientele outside of the hotel is bad with solicitation and drugs. Rooms are decent, just have to fix everything overall.

Was still in Reno’s, when we arrived. System was down as well but only took like 10 minutes to get back on line. Fast service get checked in. Rooms were clean. Could have used something to fill the room a bit but comfortable.
