My family and l spent 3 nights at this resort. We were very pleased by ALL of the staff there! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The hotel its located in the main Zona Hotelera area of Cancun. There was so much to do at the resort. My 7 year old son had a blast participating in the many child friendly activities. This is an all inclusive resort, food and drinks included. The restaurants were amazing, they also have a very 24hr cafe/pastry. My favorite part was definetly the service tho!

Great customer service upon arrival and during my whole stay. The property is pretty clean. The resort also offers a wide variety food throughout the whole day. The waiters are kind and attentive. The beach itself is beautiful, however, I did see little pieces of garbage laying around the beach chairs and cabanas which was annoying because my toddler was playing next to where I was sitting. Additionally, it was super annoying how people reserved beach chairs by leaving a towel or shoes on the chairs and would get there later in the morning. The resort should provide more sitting areas and should not allow people to reserve lounge chairs. At night you could hear the drunks walking and screaming to their room. The AC in my room was quite loud as well. I am a deep sleeper and I would wake up whenever the AC turned on. The crib we got for our room looked old and scraped but it did its job. Moreover, I paid extra to get a room with a view to the lagoon and that was not honored so be aware of this, especially if you book via Expedia. I got a room with a view of the rooftop. I even asked the front desk lady if my room had a lagoon view and she lied to me by confirming that it did. I did not complaint because I did not feel like arguing with staff after a long flight. The entertainment in the resort is average.

It’s a great place! Service and food are very good. The beach is crowded, I’d recommend booking a cabana so you have a spot. The AC isn’t the best and our room fridge didn’t really get cold; more like drinks a little cooler than room temperature.

The number one benefit of this property is the staff. They are overall extremely friendly (special thanks to Martin and Miguel from Azul, Melchior from Casa del Rosa, and mi amigo Alfredo from the beach bar). The restaurants in this property are also great and, in my view, are all 5 stars. My wife used the spa services a couple times and was also very satisfied (special thanks to Gabriel). In terms of apartments, I get the feeling we got one of the least attractive ones (#2874). All the other ones in the complex seemed more modern to my eyes. However, that did not affect my experience at all. In my view a solid 5 stars property.
