We were satisfied enough that we would return to this hotel when we re-visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Interior restaurant was nice, but has a very limited menu.

Great value. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub. Air conditioner in room needs to be updated. Very loud when it kicks in and wakes you up throughout the night. Other than that, all good.

The friendly staff and the room was clean and bright. Best sleep at this quiet location I have had even in my own bed. This is the place I will stay at the next time I am in Jasper and will not price shop as I know what the value is that I receive from this hotel.
