System crashed. Took 20 minutes to get checked in. Exercise room closed, under construction. Same thing at the La Quinta in SanDiego. $45 for parking. Not disclosed at booking. Last time I will ever use Laquinta.

They were very unorganized and over priced. When I got there not that long after check in time 3pm, they assigned me to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on people getting ready. But when I went back down from 10th floor to front desk, it happened again! They gave me another room occupied, I walk into to people’s belonging everywhere. How unsafe is that?! They don’t even know which rooms they assigned! Also parking is $42 a night, how ridiculous is that. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I remember La Quinta having comfortable beds but I would have been better off at Motel 6 lol.

When we checked in on the evening of 3/17/24, we were told by the friendly desk clerk that the shuttle to the airport arrives every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. She told us the shuttle would arrive at 6:30 am on 3/18 when we checked out. We were downstairs by 6:20 am on 3/18 and were told the shuttle had left 10 minutes earlier. The desk clerk checked with the shuttle driver and told us the next shuttle would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes (between 6:35 and 6:40). At 6:50 the shuttle had not arrived so we arranged for an Uber to pick us up. The shuttle arrived at the same time as the Uber at 7 am. We did take the Uber and fortunately were able to make our flight.

Awful
The shower barely drained, I ended up in able deep water. There were spiders in the curtains, the bathrooms walls and all kinds of stains. Floors had stains. Elevators walls were peeling. I want my money back
