In a great location! Property itself was nice and seemed mostly updated! The room was not made when we got in and staff was rude. I am younger so they might’ve just assumed that I was not the primary person for the booking but regardless it was not the best experience with them. I would stay there again, location was prime and walking distance to anything I wanted to do and the overall quality of my stay was good! Final rating with all things considered is 4/5 stars!

The fire alarm went off all night then all day on my second night into the 3rd day. There was construction going on in the floor above me they did not make me aware of that. At the pool the staff is very nice to serve sexy young hot girls, but when my husband and I needed an umbrella opened they opened it 2 hours later for the girl group next to us but moved us from the same umbrella to another section. All tips are already included in your bill. So I think they got mad at us for not tipping extra the day before. The hotel is gorgeous so I really tried to not let any negativity get me but to only gave me $100 for a 3 night 4 day (when I spent $1700) where I couldn’t rest for two days of it I don’t think it was enough I wasn’t happy with that. The vibe at the pool was everything so I hv that to remember.
