If you’re used to staying in 5 Star accommodations, this is not the place to Stay. There were not a lot of food options in main dining area. The rooms could definitely use some updates. Some of the staff members were not that nice. The beach was nice.

Excellent food selections,beach and pool areas great.Kiddies center and staff great. Some servers in the dining areas need more training in customer service and room needs renovation especially in the bathroom area

The resort was just ok for the price… I requested a king bed when I booked and we got a double for 2 of 7 nights and we had to pull teeth to get bottle water. I recommend the Italian over the Jamaican and seafood restaurant. You have to make reservations one day in advance(typical) but there was a $29pp fee for the hibachi restaurant which we did not try. Instead we did a private 6hr tour of the city markets, shops and went bamboo rafting. That was the best part of the vacation! Back to the resort.. the rooms are small & no refrigerator. The rooms were always damp, mold grew on my toddler’s coat. Only one pool, it was shallow 3.5feet and was only open from 9am-6pm. They had only 6 umbrellas poolside so we pulled our lounger alongside the buffet for shade. Nightly entertainment was good. The drinks were ok, & the Jerk hut was great!! The beach is man made, very shallow, there was a nice little island attached the you could walk across. Beach loungers were old and saggy… the place could definitely use some touching up. Overall good stay!

The thing that stands out the most was the numerous activities they had for children. I went with .y 8year old and she had so much fun. They had activities at 11am, 2pm and 3 pm.Aso in the night they had activities for the children. I give them a 10 for that

The staff were so nice. The kid's club was great. Our son loved it there. They played tennis and went on a nature walk. He asked every day to go to kid's club. The food is excellent. Different menu in the buffet every day so you get a variety. We loved everything and want to come back every year.
