There was a weird smell upon walking into the hotel, but it seemed to be only in the lobby area. The hotel was very clean. Construction in the area makes it a little busy, but that’s to be expected.

Montréal visit
Very pleasant room right in the heart of downtown Montréal. Great nightlife, shopping, access to the Metro, and just a couple minute walk to the Bell Center.

Decent staff doing their job with the minimal smile. Clean room. Experience would be ok if it weren't of the very noisy air conditioning/heater with people talking very loud on the street. I can expect car noise, it's somehow like white noise but the loud guy speaking at 4am for at least 4h45 was keeping me awake until I passed out (he woke me up). I understand it's not the fault of the hotel by itself but if you expect a quiet night reconsider or ask a room not on the street side. Also the room was quite cramped, worst is your legs pressed against the shower window when sitting on the toilet seat. The location is really convenient but I will not go back if I have the choice. I value my sleep more than the rest of the positive aspects.

Overall it was fine. Although the fire sirens each night got to be a bit much. The hotel is older and not in perfect shape but it was clean and safe and we enjoyed our stay

I couldn't sleep as there was a very loud music coming from the room beside around 10:30 to 12 pm , called service desk twice to complain but nothing happened. I'm not satisfied with my stay as I was hoping to get a good night sleep .

The rooms were small and a bit old but the bed was comfortable. Certainly reminded me of a European hotel as far as the size goes. I had a pleasant stay!
