Front desk staff was argumentative and would not listen to the customers before cutting off the customer. If a person can afford to spend a little bit more money for Fairfield or Doubletree it is worthwhile. Looking back the extra $20 to $30 for either the Fairfield or Doubletree would have been worth it.

The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were not soundproof at all and there were people yelling through the hallways all night. Room was far too hot and had to turn on AC in February.

This hotel offers free shuttle from the airport. I just had to call them and the shuttle showed up a few min later. Super convenient!

It was a nice property, but the only thing holding it back was it being in the middle of a renovation which was a bit noisy when I was sleeping. Other than that, it was a great location. They shuttle you to the airport if you have a flight the following day which is very helpful when I didn't know how I would have gotten to the airport. Overall I saya 9 out of 10 hotel.

This place was really really rough. The carpets in the hallway look like they haven't been cleaned this year. Doors and latches are all worn out, and extremely noisy in the room from traffic and airport. I actually thought our outside door was open, it was that loud. Breakfast was fine and staff were friendly. Just the accomodations were terrible.

Excellent shuttle service from airport and to VIA train. Driver was extremely helpful with our luggage, since we are an older couple. He delivered it right to our room! Front desk very welcoming, gave me points on my Quality Inn card.Gave us a ground floor room ( good for the old folks)Outstanding breakfast included.

The host was helpful at the reception desk. He noticed how much luggage we had and gave us a room closer so we would not have to carry our bags far. He also booked the morning shuttle for us
