When I got to the hotel, they sent us to a room however when I opened the door it was clearly not serviced yet. The place was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting, the beds were a mess, there was garbage on the floor. However, the hotel was very quick to change rooms for us just down the hall. The pool was small and pretty cold, I wish they had a hot tub.

Very clean rooms, reception was awesome, easy check in, very helpful staff, close location to downtown Ottawa. Few minute taxi ride to Parliament Buildings. Very satisfied!

Had a very pleasant stay until a convention of some sort checked in and proceeded to run around the halls and shout until almost 2am on my second night. No real sign of any action on the hotels side to try and keep the place quiet and hospitable for the other patrons. Beyond that I had a very pleasant stay
