Not the most elegant hotel room I’ve ever had, but it was a very comfortable stay nonetheless. Room service was quick and kind. The in room breakfast feature was an absolute treat. Walking distance from all of Ottowa’s attractions. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also pretty solid. Overall, very good stay

Great for couples!
We'd definitely stay again! The location is perfect if your priorities are seeing Parliament and experiencing the amazing restaurants and shops on Elgin street. We visited in February and everything we wanted to see/do was within a 25 min walk. The staff were really lovely and happy to make recommendations -- especially the valets. The pool and hot tub are nice. Only drawback(s) were we thought all rooms came with robes and slippers, which we were looking forward to for before/after the pool (nope), and we had a room that was cutoff at one corner due to the architecture. Not a reason not to stay, just bad luck of the draw.

We loved the proximity to the downtown area, helpful staff, easy check-in process, valet parking, on-site restaurant and bar. Rooms were decent, comfortable beds, great view of the park. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
