Poor management
We got stuck behind a wreck for 3hrs and this hotel would not allow us to check in said it was too late and kept our money. Had to stay at motel 6 who accommodated our situation so we know it can be done.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Biscuits were hard and tasted as if they were super old. Not much of a selection. It was just OK for the money.
