Staff were very friendly. Room was a great size. Loved the location. Few minor issues, Broken outdoor chair on the balcony that pinched the back of my leg when I sat on it. Bed side table near window wasn’t clean, still had sticky drink marks on it. Couldn’t get wifi to work in our room. Tried contacting reception via phone in the room but gave up after 2 hours of it being constantly engaged. No dish cloth provided, only a small green scourer. Couldn’t even use a flannel because we didn’t have one of those either. No where to keep our valuables when we went out as the safe provided had an out of order sign on it. Minor issues but when you’re paying $358 a night it’s not really acceptable.

Property was amazing and the view of ocean from the room was breathtaking, room had all the facilities....only request to atleast have some water bottles available for the customers, instead someone has to come check in and then ho down to the market to buy water.....rest all was fantastic....free parking would be good for customers already paying so much for the room...had to pay extra $28 for the parking...which not much but still inconvinient.....

Ocean view room amazing,great balcony. Great location Very comfortable, generally clean. Couch could do with reupholster. Bathroom could also do with update shower over bath not ideal. Pool, spa and sauna lovely. Unfortunately Adelaide festival event set up right below our room, loud generators, bright lights everyday/night This was not in hotels control. We appreciated the late checkout to enjoy some quiet time.
