Hotel was excellent but I was disappointed with the friendliness of the owner. I accidentally broke a cheap plastic lid to the cistern when pressing the flush button(on first day) and I felt intimidated by his displeasure. It subsequently made me uncomfortable and I did not stay on the premises other than to change and sleep. Lid was replaced within a couple of hours and could not have cost that much. Needs some customer services training.

The owner and staff were very welcoming! The property and rooms were VERY clean, service was outstanding. The location and views from the hotel excellent.
