Room was clean and beds comfortable BUT I made my reservation online and expected to pay $248 for the 2 night stay. Imagine my surprise of getting WAY over $400 for my stay. After the the refundable extortion fee, which was not redunded tho it's been 2days since check out ( we were told the $50 would be credited same day) our total bill was still OVER $100 more than my reservation

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is under construction so the lobby had construction materials in it but it really didn't affect the function of the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we need. The only issue was a random metal post sticking out from the bed. It was cover by the bed skirt so we didn't realize it was there until we smashed our shin on it.

Everything was good at the facility except the bathroom.We were located in a room with a handicap bathroom. If you're not handicapped or not using a wheelchair or a device to help a disabled individual,we noticed when standing in the shower showering the floor was slick and the water ran from the shower too a drain in the middle of the bathroom, making the bathroom floor very slippery and dangerous. There should be anti slip strips placed on the floor for safety
