Expected bad, but not this bad.
Lots of issues with the room. The worst was we couldn’t use the heater because it was rattling too loudly to sleep. Then the toilet spit at you when flushed - disgusting! And the light switch didn’t work. And the shower curtain was falling down. And there was a coffee maker but no coffee. And the orange juice at the cb was warm and funky. And the remote didn’t work (neither did the replacement). And the front desk people were afraid of dogs in this “dog friendly” hotel so they didn’t want to fix anything. And there weren’t any other rooms available.

They was rude they told us to go outside and stand until we got our own room and fixed our problem on our phone and we could not cancelation the room at all
