Walking to the shop/beach is 5/10 minutes if you don't stop to look at all the shops on the way! Fully fitted out with many extras this detached 2,500 sq foot Villa benefits from 5 large bedrooms 2 ensuite. 2 bedrooms and dining room with their own balconies, 4 large European bathrooms /WC with a further shower/WC room on the ground floor for easy access. One large balcony overlooking pool and a large roof terrace with Turkish bbq. A l floodlit private outdoor pool has an additional small childrens pool.Two sun terraces, one with Turkish oven/barbeque poolside. As the sun moves around the property you will always find a shaded eating area on the patio as well as an area with spectacular views ideal for sunbathing. What you may loose in some scenery you most certainly will enjoy the freedom of walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Most pubs and restaurants offer a free pick and drop back service or a taxi back is only a few liras because of our location. We are still private enough not to be subject to major noise but close enough for older teenagers to walk to Dolmus (bus) on their own.Places to visit are very easy to get to on the bus, or with an arranged trip, such as Dim Cay, the caves, Castle, Red Tower, Cleopatras beach or hop off where ever you like the look of. As there are only three main roads you will find your way around very easily. Aspendos has events regularly during the high season.Wonderful relaxing holidays spent in your own space, private pool with everything you need and if you want to go walking or fishing, its all easy to get to so no fights amongst the family as there is something for everyone to do and very easy to meet up afterwards for a nice meal. PRO'S AND CON'S
Villa is currently in the middle of building sites. Can be noisy at times. Sun arrives in parts of the villa grounds around 10;30 but real access to the sun isn't until around 1pm but then you get it until sunset, The building work being undertaken at the moment will eventually affect this substantially I suspect, as the skyline is filled. Short but very steep hill to villa can become troublesome to over 50's, especially if like us, you were going out 2/3 times a day, Rooms were very large and of a similar standard to other villas we have stayed in in Turkey. Value for money I would say but don't expect the world if you book it. Aziz is very helpful. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms but we only had 1 small child with us. If you had 3/4 children then the lack of room around the pool area would be an issue. The pool is a dip pool to cool down only.

The villa is gorgeous - there is a space for everything and everyone! A master bedroom is a spacious room with a big balcony, other rooms have convenient layout, so nobody would feel crammed. Two bedrooms are with bathrooms, so there is no competing for them. It's super convenient when you travel with family members of different age groups. A good-sized pool with plenty of room to sit around and enjoy breakfast/dinner or just sunbathing. All is clean, Aziz, a property manager, comes to take care of the pool every day. He was always available for questions and did everything to make our stay perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The living room is super convenient to sit and to chat or to use the internet. The internet connection was sufficient for all six people to use the internet simultaneously. A short walk (15 min) to a good beach (there is a special passage under a busy road). The beach has new, clean and convenient changing cabins and fresh water showers. The beach is well-maintained. And the coffee at the beach was good. On the way to the bach, there are few stores to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, or some groceries. Some inexpensive and good restaurants are close too.

Very Disappointing, worst rental house in my experience
Property listing is misleading - it’s totally omitted current situation around the villa. We stayed from June 5 to June 15 2023, and there were large construction projects going around villa. Right next to it - literally next door there is a construction of apartment complex, next to that construction there was demolition project with excavation and heavy equipment working from 8am. Daily. And direct view from the villa is to another construction of high rise building. Very noisy, terrible views, you can’t enjoy pool and terraces, and windows had to be closed all the time to block noise. Parking is on the street next to construction, so couple of days we had problems to park, as there were piles of sand for construction there. I have video with all that noise and photos with terrible views all around the villa, to prove my point, but unfortunately there’s no option to add those to my review. Villa itself is spacious and clean, however it’s poorly maintained - washing machine was leaking (was not fixed completely during our stay, although repair man was invited); air conditioning was not working in 2 rooms, and it took 3 visits to fix it; one of the toilets was leaking as well. Considering the price, poor maintenance and all the construction going on around - I sincerely recommend you to find another property for your vacation. Fantastic villa. We really had fun there.i believe even facilities in that villa was more then what i reading before staying. A fun and easy stay
We stayed at this 3 story villa last week. There were 10 of us and everything was as described. The property was clean and had plenty of room w 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We cooked our meals most days and the kitchen was easy to use with 2 fridges and plenty of dishes. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed a swim everyday. The property manager was excellent at answering questions and helping with airport transfer and recommendations. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk to shops and the beach but it is on a steep hill which we knew but if there are mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Steps inside and outside of the house as well. Also, Aziz the local contact was very courteous and helpful, cleaned the pool every night and helped with water delivery and any other questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay:))

Möbel kaputt,ausgebrochene Schubladen u.Einlegeböden liegen im Schrank oder stehen irgendwo herum statt zu reparieren oder zu entsorgen.Überbleibsel von Vormietern überal im Haus (und in den Schubladen),Schuhe,Brillen,Müll uvm In den Schränken kaum Platz weil Decken,Kissen u.Hauseigene Wäsche drin liegt,welche überwiegend schmutzig war.Küchenschränke so voll,das eigener Einkauf keinen Platz hat.Geräte u.Geschirr zum größten Teil nicht sauber.Waschmaschiene defekt,läuft aus.Unter einem Bett lag statt einem Fuss ein Mauerstein,somit Schaukelfunktion.Ein Toilettendeckel bereits beim öffnen in der Hand gehabt,Toilettenring kam beim drauf setzen bzw aufstehen hinterher.Ein sauberer Pool ist toll,aber der junge Mann der dafür verantwortlich ist kommt jede Nacht von ca.1bis3Uhr,und wenn man Morgens raus kommt ist er nochmal da!Welch Privatsphäre... Hatte schon vieleWohnungen mit Pool,dort war aber max.2x die Woche jemand da um zu kontrollieren u.gegebenenfalls zu korrigieren.Wenn Wlan zu ende, dann Pech.Dort werden pro Woche wohl 50€ aufgeladen,war aber für 10Pers.nicht ausreichend. Ich weiß nicht ob ich noch was vergessen habe... Das Ferienhaus könnte so schön sein, wenn wenigstens alles heile und sauber wäre.Beim versuch den Vermieter darauf hin zu weisen kamen Antworten wie -beim Videoanruf mit dem Personal war alles sauber, und -wir haben 2grosse Kühlschränke dort,damit waren sonst alle zufrieden!Keine Einsicht o.Entgegenkommen o.Intresse sich selbst zu überzeugen.Leider Abzocke

The location of the villa is very nice. Good access to shopping and the sea. Dear Sir Aziz, very helpful, thank you very much Mr Aziz. There are some small details, it will be much better if they improve them. The door handles, the air conditioner in the living room, the taps and the bathroom fountain were running low in the bathroom. If these are nice, 10 out of 5 stars. Our family and children were very happy. I recommend it to everyone.

Luxe Architectuur. Goede zwembad. Vieze oude badkamers. Vettige keuken.
Advertentie op home away is niet compleet. Er staat een megagebouw op 5meter afstand. De badkamers zijn vies. De keuken vettig. Tijd voor renovatie van de badkamers. Diverse meubels moeten zijn aan vervanging toe. Airconditioning werkte niet naar behoren. Leuke architectuur. Goede zwembad. Aan de bewaker had je niet veel. Slechte communicatie en nauwelijks verstaanbaar. Gelukkig waren er uitvalplekken, zoals het strand en Alanya.
