Poor conditions. No elevator. We had to carry our suitcases to second floor by hand.

I got to hotel and they said I wasnt on itinerary. They turned me away. I called expedia and they said no refunds. I was ripped off 101.00. The hotel doesnt ever answer phone, so expedia did nothing for me. I only had so much money and slept in my car. Thanks hotel and expedia for ruining my trip and blaming me.
