Was charged double for security deposit. Said it was only $100.00 but was charged $200.00. Hopefully they rectify it. Everything else was great about the stay

While the service of the front desk was more than fine, even with the delayed check in, the room quality was a little bit lacking for the price that was paid. The toilet bowl lid was loose and the lights were lacking throughout the room. I also, as a smoker, did not like how there was not at least a somewhat designated smoking area except outside a Starbucks. It feels very out of place and not very safe for the area. While I was happy with the stay for the most part, I may try to stay elsewhere before coming here again. The service is great for front desk

When we arrived, the desk staff was unfriendly. When we arrived to our room, we noticed that there was no shampoo or lotion. When we inquired, they just said--'all we have is conditioner'. We went to use the exercise room: the peloton, elliptical and both of the two treadmills were broken. Even the medicine balls were broken. When we checked out, there was coffee and hot water near the registratio desk. Coincidentally or not, the hot water was cold. Just a final indication of a pathetic stay.
