We will definitely stay here again! The gentleman at front desk was very nice, rooms are nice & clean. They have an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry facilities, and a work out room. Great place to stay!

Little Things Make a Big Difference
It is so heartwarming to see genuine Customer Care in this day and age. We got to town around noon... 3:00 check in. Took the chance... "Of course you can check in early. We just happen to have a room ready." That doesn't happen everywhere ! During our evening, we noticed the water kept running after a flush. Looking inside, the valve flapper just wasn't seating correctly. I turned off the supply for the night. Couldn't hand loosen it at 6:00am. The young man brought me a pair of pliers within 4 minutes. His boss was there to check the problem, withing the next few. These little things happen at hotels, old and new. It's the people that solve these problems, with a smile, that make us want to come back. Thanks for giving one older couple a fresh look at goodness ! Rusty & Eva

Great value and really well kept!
We had a great experience at The Querque Hotel. It is handy to I-40 and I-25, as it really cannot get any closer to where those two highways intersect! Even though it is close to both highways, it was nice and quiet. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. The people at the front desk were always helpful. Breakfast is pancakes and then regular continental breakfast items. We had our dog with us and they charge a $50 fee for the pet to stay, but since I was able to get a $62/night rate via hotels.com, it still was just above $100 for the night, which was comparable to other hotels in the area.

The staff were amazing! Although a women came in with an unreasonable request Yelling because she wanted a refund because she could not “See the Room.” The staff handled it well, and respectfully. Although it was quite unfortunate they have to go through this, they handled it well and still got me checked in respectfully.
