Great Place to Stay
Bed was very comfortable, firm. Room was clean and well looked after. Modern. Had an issue with the air con and the staff couldn't have been quicker about it. Manager came straight away and the maintenance guy. I was moved to another room but the service of staff was really good. This place is a few door from Maccas, Hungry Jacks and the main strip. Perfect location.

The room was hot when we arrived and it took some time for the air conditioning to cool the room. The mattress is adequate though I could feel the spring when I slept on it. The hotel room is spacious and clean.

I have stayed in many places in Albury Wodonga that were easily better than this and would suggest avoiding this hotel. The main issue was the room description on the hotel website saying it had a private balcony which is the reason I booked to have a bit of outdoor space while the staff were completely unhelpful and said none of the room type I booked had balconies and it does not matter what their own website says about the room type and it is my fault for relying on the room description from their own website as there is no reason why the website needs to be correct (the room type has now been removed from their own website but still appears on Expedia). Luckily I have the screenshot to follow up further on this misleading advertising. On checking out the manager did apologise but did nothing about it so did not actually feel like an apology.
