Parking was very inconvenient, the pool was not large like the picture online portrays. Free breakfast was cold. Ended up leaving a day early and didn't get a reimbursement or a call back from the manager. Overall not happy with the experience.

I like that it was very easy to check in. The staff was friendly, kevin was polite and kind. Other staff was helpful and friendly. So everything for us was pleasant and convenient. I would definitely recommend it and this hotel will be my go to stay when i go to Bethlehem to visit my family.

Gave Hyatt another chance
2 nd time stayed at a Hyatt was very impressed with the hotel Kevin at front desk very helpful and Rose at breakfast was making sure everything was available and good. Stayed at sunscape resort in the fall of October would not recommend that resort to anyone hard to believe it was owned by Hyatt !!
