It was terrible, it was dirty, mold in the bathroom and room, spiders, my grandson and daughter got a rash, no hot water, we had to leave before our reservation schedule.

I had to cancel the moment I found out the place didn’t have the qualities that were advertised. Bad area, smelly room and office. It was not a clean place as the manager claimed to be. After I canceled I checked some of the reviews and they all mentioned about the place being not clean. I lost half of my payment. They didn’t give me the whole amount claiming that by policy they didn’t have to give me the full amount. I ended booking at another place with a different app. My question is: Why would this app recommend this place? Pictures of the place and area don’t do it justice. Whatever the guy told you was wrong, you should listen to the costumers and take their word as truthful. I don’t recommend the app and the place at all. 50 dollars don’t compensate the fiasco I went through with my daughter.

Horrible. Stay at your own risk
The room we booked was upstairs and since i am handicap, we coildnt use it since there is no elevator. The room they moved us to was filthy, no blankets, no tv remotes, the beds were like plywood, no hot water, and the wifi was unusable. The microwave was propped up with a bottle cap, and my daughter found bugs on her stuffed animal. This place was so bad we didnt even stay the second night.

I never leave reviews. Simply because I feel not everything needs one, and one bad stay at a place doesn’t sum up the property as a whole. But. This one took the cake. The room smelled like smoke. The threshold to the bathroom was snapped off and the nails were exposed, which was pretty dangerous. Black mold in the bathroom, and to get new towels we had to bring the old ones to them. Overall, would never stay here again.
