Not very clean. Literally had to pick up toe nail clippings off the floor between the beds our first night. Brought it to the attention of the front desk staff who said they would let someone know. No one ever came to vacuum our room once or even follow up. Pretty disgusting.

The security door was broken and had been for sometime. When we questioned it she said that maintenance was notified a while ago but no one came to fix. I did not feel safe.

Great place to stay!
Comfort Inn & Suites is a great option for those staying in Clemson. The property is clean and is just off a main highway about a mile from Clemson University.
