We love our stay. The hotel is very well located close to all attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was good to start the day with great variety to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Después de un largo día de carretera llegamos hacia las 8 pm del 5/2/24 y nos hizo el check in un señor francamente antipático que nos dijo que nada de utilizar los servicios del hotel porque ya era muy tarde. Tampoco es que esperáramos gran cosa esa noche, pero las formas fatal. Nos sentimos las 2 personas que entrábamos muy mal tratadas, comentamos la situación a posteriori y tuvimos la misma sensación. Se nos quitaron las ganas de quedarnos más días y nos fuimos temprano sin utilizar ninguno de los servicios del hotel. 5 estrellas? Todas las demás personas empleadas con las que nos cruzamos nos atendieron muy pero que muy amablemente y mejor de lo que se espera al alojarse en un hotel con buena reputación como este. No sé qué problema tiene este señor, pero realmente a nosotros nos arruinó la estancia y nos fuimos con muy mal sabor de boca. No volveré.
