Booked for a friend who’d fallen & broken 3 ribs that day. She spent from 9am to midnight having medical evaluations in Aegina & then ambulance/ferry transfer to Athens hospital. A friend of hers was with her. I called ahead to ask for a wheel chair to be ready. I booked a room with king size bed & double sofa bed. They got two twin beds pushed together. they’d not eaten all day. Mini bar was empty. Trash can in bathroom had dirty toilet papers in it. Wheel chair wasn’t ready & when it was brought out no one assisted & it had flat tires and almost impossible to manoever. I was so disappointed. I booked the hotel so they would come from a hellish day to a ‘luxury’ room with two big beds & wonderful service. The stay was not a positive experience for them after an extremely challenging day. I’m hugely disappointed. I stay in marriotvhotels around the world. This one was not up to standard.

Nice weight room
Received wake up call when specifically asked NOT to receive one. It was at 1:00 am and so it was very disruptive to sleep. Not much of apology by front desk when we told them in the morning. Bar and restaurant service and food quality just average; too high prices for average quality. Rooftop pool and bar are nice. Excellent weight room and so unlike many European hotels, open 24 hours -Greatly appreciated!!!!
