The room was overall dirty. Cigarette stains in the bathroom all over the tub. Sheets had hair and stains in them, when asked for either a new room or new sheets, they offered new sheets. However, the sheets were never changed.

The internet said breakfast included, when asked the owner he said they haven’t served since 2020’ The room smelled like cigarettes, the floor was dirty, out of shampoo but the empty container was in the shower. The towel was small and rough enough for my dog. NEVER AGAIN!

No breakfast was provided even though it was shown as being included when we booked. Property staff were inside closed area at the reception desk and incredibly hard to hear. It didn’t appear they had microphones to use to help communicate with guests.

We dealt with stained covers and towels Woken up early for half done cleaning Lied about having breakfast Went the first couple weeks without a fridge because it stopped working Ice machine stopped working so I wasn’t able to keep anything cool and all my food spoiled
