This is a compound of three units that is available to extra-large parties. Whether you are hosting a family reunion or a retreat, this place is for you. You will have access to: - 1 House with 4 bdr/3 baths for up to 12 guests (approx. 2500 sq. ft.); - 1 Studio with 1 bath for up to 2 guests (approx. 550 sq. ft.); AND - 1 Guesthouse with 2 bdr/2 baths for up to 5 guests (approx. 900 sq. ft.). Each unit is fully furnished to meet all of your needs and comfort. You will have free reign of the entire home... Please respect our home: - NO smoking inside - NO parties - Keyless entry - Clean and quiet - Safe neighborhood - Short drive (less than 10 min) to Atlanta's major attractions, (West) Midtown, Atlantic Station, etc. The whole compound is available for guests only. We aim to please. We want you to enjoy our Home... The best way to contact us is through the AirBNB in-app messenger. The neighborhood is friendly and new properties and amenities are popping up everywhere around us... This is one of the most historical parts of Atlanta and it’s getting new life... Near (within a 2-mile radius) - Grant Park - Southeast Beltline (under construction) - Georgia Ave shops (Summerhill) - Oakland cemetery - Krogstreet Market - Downtown Atlanta - The Beacon At the intersection of major interstates: I-20/ I-85/ I-75. 1 mile away from railroads. Less than 15 mins away from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (International and Domestic Terminals). Having your own vehicle is the best way to travel. We also rent out cars on Turo (DM for more details). Uber and Lyft are also great options. You also have easy access to Marta the city’s transit system; bus 55 will drop you off steps away from the property. Don't hesitate to inquire if you need a car to rent. We take time to clean disinfect the place between each booking. We take your health and safety very seriously. We also have security cameras on the outside of the house to monitor the entrance. There are five on-premise parking spaces, additional parking is on the street. Please do not park on the grass.

Great place to gather!
Loved the property as it was clean, close to downtown and yet quiet. The facilty was great for our gathering and yet offered some privacy for down time. The owner was responsive and friendly.

Renovated main house and super cute guesthouse
Off street parking is a bonus added to the fact that you can host a large group and still have personal space. The updated bathrooms feel fresh with towels supplied for each room. This house is better stocked than many vrbo properties with enough dishwasher tabs, paper towels, hand soap, and more that I didn’t use any of my extra supplies for our 5 night stay. I would recommend this property.

Awesome House
The home is just as it was advertised. The pictures truly reflect the property just as it is. The studio and duplex were beautifully decorated. The decor and artwork was amazingly perfect for the rooms. Spacious. Quick response time. Instructions/wi-fi and care instructions were properly posted.
