I arrived with a toilet clogged. Called front office and they said they are sending a technician to fix the toilet. At 3 o’clock left went to use another toilet elsewhere wet to concert got back at 1130. Went into room to use bathroom and no one had came to fix it. Called front office they sent a technician that is what they call them. He came into room unclogged toilet left the floor soaked and the toilet was filthy and he left it like that h had to lay towels on floor to use a filthy toilet. Came all the way from Kentucky very mad

Very nice hotel. Pleasant & professional staff. Super clean & spacious. Love that parking is included. Only areas that are just ok are the water pressure in shower & the bed is not comfortable - could use a pillow top. Otherwise lovely place.
