I was asked to pay the cost of the room which was lower than what was advertised on Travelocity. I explained that I had already paid for the room online through Travelocity. Person at the checkin had to get management approval to give me the room. Then I had to pay an additional $50 dollar security fee. Not at all what I expected.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We planned to stay here for 2 nights but after the first night we said HELL NO. We got to the hotel around 10p.m. and they were still cleaning out the 3rd floor where we were staying. Bags of trash and towels laying on the floor and when we complained to the night manager she completely disregared us in a very rude manner. She told us that the rooms were clean so we didn't need to switch rooms. She said that the day manager would be there at 11 a.m. and that they would give us a call. That never happened. The walls are so paper thin that we could here the people around us using the bathroom. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL WASTE EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND. I have pictures of how nasty this place is but it wont let me post them. If you want to see how bad it is you can message me your number and I will send it to you
