Good stay good hotel
We had a good stay. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows super comfy. The room and bathroom was clean but hallways badly needed a vacuum. Our room had a few maintenance things that needed to be attended to but in the main everything was good. Breakfast was good. Just can’t stand the smell of pot that seems to be everywhere you go these days including in the hotel which we know is not allowed but it doesn’t seem to stop people using. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff strength is not customer service
I booked a room that fit 5 people but got 2 towels. Phone didn't work which meant i had to go to lobby and ask several times for things. Never got what i needed because they were out of clean towels, etc. Some USB and electrical outlets next toi bed didn't work, etc. I expect a bit more form a holiday inn. Staff just didn't really care about customer service. It's not their strength.
